Archive Film Screening

Snapshot Project

This project is run in collaboration with  Community Development at Battle Hill & Linskill and North East Film Archive. Archive films, which have been saved and digitised by the film archive, provide a glimpse of life in the region during the last century. The film showing is followed by a short presentation and sharing of memories triggered by the films.

Thursday 6 May 2021 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Will there be cake for tea?

Join us for an affectionate look back on home life captured on home movies. Starting with a short documentary film, we’ll share memories together of recording home life on our own devices. What memories were captured and what devices did you use?

Book your place at Eventbrite “Will there be cake for tea?”

Thanks to Newcastle City Libraries for the event image.
